“I wouldn't know. It still hasn't arrived and I still haven't had a tracking order number. I ordered on the 7th of December and had a delivery date of the 17th of December at the latest. Too late for Christmas now. I emailed but got no response. I called and after a number of attempts finally got through after a long wait. I was told they didn't produce this product themselves and would contact the provider and email me. Still no email response. Terrible service and very disappointing.”

“Terrible! No tracking for my order available but when I chased my order 1 week after it’s due delivery and you seemed to have it for you to look at. The order was returned to the DPD depot 1 week after planned delivery (not sure where it was then for an entire week) because apparently the parcel was refused at the delivery address despite being sent to an office that manned from 7am to 6pm everyday...... then I get an email stating that the parcel was being sent back to you because it hadn’t been collected from a main collection point for 14days..... I hadn’t even ordered it 14days ago. I also paid extra for next day delivery for all this! Seems like you have little control over your delivery process! Now let’s see how long you take to refund me because I’m this mess I bet it won’t be quick and will need me to formerly open a case with PayPal! Won’t be using you again”

“Bought for my great niece whose birthday is today. When she opened my present to her the first thing she said is "it's got my name on". She is very "arty" and loved the different colouring pen/pencils, etc. I was highly delighted with my chosen gift!”
