“Very dissappointing experience ordered the jigsaw with a Leeds post code and got a Liverpool jigsaw. Unfortunately they are unwilling to exchange it as they have said it was a customised product so no exchange.”

“Very prompt service. Mother, a keen jigsaw maker, was delighted with the gift. Disappointed it did not carry the same message on the box that it was promoted with (if you didn't know what it was, you wouldn't have had any idea - I had to write it on the box) and the picture itself was not quite as good a quality as I had hoped (the aerial view, OK but not as glossy as I had expected.)”

“It's a lovely idea but be aware that (depending on the location) it can make for quite a difficult puzzle! I wouldn't be surprised if my Mum's still doing hers NEXT Mother's day! There's space to put your own message on the box which is a nice touch. Overall a good gift, albeit very pricey for a puzzle.”
