“The product its self is very good quality and good value for money for £4.95 as it was personalised. However the delivery of the product was very poor it was a week late and as the product was a gift it missed the occasion I needed it for. I would not use the website again sadly as the delivery service cannot be relied on. The staff who I came into contact with at customer services were great.”
