“The item never arrived. Extremely disappointed but at this time of year it’s too much hassle trying to claim back the money lost. It’s safe to say I will not be buying from this site again.”

“Bit disapointed when I received it, I thought it was clay material as it didn’t mentions on the description with this price and £3.99 delivery charge. So I have just put it as a side.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your item and the delivery charge. The Unicorn Travel mug is made from a sturdy plastic so that you do not have to worry about breakages when travelling. It also comes with a handy pink rubber grip to prevent it slipping out your hand a pink rubber lid to prevent spillage. The delivery charge is the same for whatever weight parcel is shipped to UK mainland. This charge also includes the cost of packaging and picking the item to be dispatched.
