“Ordering online can be a bit of a hit or miss however this book has exceeded my expectations! It’s better than I expected. It’s a beautiful book and each printed page is of excellent quality. Thank you for being prompt with the delivery also - I received it in a week’s time. I’m yet to give it to my little niece but I know she’ll love it. I also love that it’s educational which is the reason I was first drawn to this item.”

“The encyclopedia was fantastic, however the reason I'm giving 1 star is due to the fact that my niece was unable to receive the gift given it not arriving in the post until she had gone back home to Australia. Worst still is the fact that another family member had also bought a personalised book and that had arrived before mine despite ordering a couple of days after me. My When I contacted customer services they advised that Royal mail might have tried to deliver it and that I might not have been in so to look for a red card, however I find this quite insulting given the fact that had I received a red card from Royal Mail I wouldn't be contacting Prezzybox. I'm just sad to see that a lovely personalised gift has been marred by a bad customer service experience.”
