“The vase arrived on time (quick delivery). However, it has a bubble in the glass at the back of the vase. I called and they told me to send a picture of the bubble/defect. I sent them the picture and they then contacted me asking if I wanted a refund or a replacement - the replacement also then arrived v quickly (just in time for my Sister's 30th Birthday). Great customer service, and lovely vase - will definitely use Prezzybox again ;o)”
