“Very disappointing. Ordered a personalised present for my mother in-law's 50th and it arrived in the incorrect colours and information was not as stated on order form. I called and another one was sent out which arrived incorrect again. Unfortunately I was unable to give it to her on her birthday and when the third one was delivered we weren't in. This is now stuck round my neighbours house and my Mother in-law did not get her birthday present. So disappointing, will not be ordering from Prezzybox again.”

We can see however, that a member of our team has been dealing with this issue personally for you and arranged for the incorrect prints to be immediately replaced for you. We can see that an arrangement was made for the second replacement to be sent on an urgent delivery service for arrival on Saturday.
