“I ordered for a boy and received a pink virtual pet (I know it says colour may vary) so I emailed Prezzybox to see if I could return it for another colour. I was told I could return it at my own cost but there were no guarantees what colour I would get back - could be pink again! So a pointless exercise. So be warned - if you need a gender specific colour do not order!”

Hi Lynsey, Sorry you were disappointed on this occasion - I'm afraid we cannot guarantee which colour is sent from our warehouse for this item. We do state on the website for any product with varying colours, that they will be sent at random and it is up to our customers (if needing a specific colour) whether they place the order knowing this. We cannot offer free returns for any item which isn't faulty or damaged as we do state on this product that the colours will be sent at random. “I've bought two of these for Christmas present's therefore they're still in the packaging. But reading what pets are on there is a substantial amount. Looking forward for my nephew and partner (he wanted one also) to open them and hopefully enjoy them.”
