“I ordered this item and included a specific name and message. When the item arrived after quite a few days (too long, in my opinion), the name and details were completely wrong. I'd received someone else's puzzle book. I telephoned straightaway and spoke to a very helpful assistant who was full of genuine apologies. She promised an expedited delivery of the correct book. After almost a week, I'm still waiting. I just hop it arrives before Christmas. Disappointed.”
