“Ordered it for secret santa gift on the back of a "24 hr dispatch" promise. When came to pay it gave a more flexible range of dates it would arrive but took the risk it might arrive sooner rather than later. Unfortunately turned up on the final date, 24 hrs after I needed it. Would suggest that the "24 hr dispatch" promise is re-worded.”
