“Very pretty, but i did exspect it to be slightly bigger, engraving was very light, it arrived on time and you were kept up to date with delivery. Our daughter loved it as it was a present for our grandson”

“I am not very happy about the item that I have purchased because it still hasn't arrived. I was informed that it would arrive between Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd November, but it hasn't. Maybe you should check to see if customer's items have arrived yet before you send out these customer reviews.”
