“Mug was great but I paid for next day delivery and it didn’t come. I think after paying the extra for next day delivery and it was stated I would receive it by Saturday, it didn’t come until the following Tuesday. Is there anything you can do for this?”

After looking into your order I can see it was placed on Sunday 31st March, so your order was not received until the Monday, to then be delivered next working day Tuesday. “The present was as ordered and was all in one piece but the packaging was terrible, the mug was put in polistinie and then taped together which made it hard to get into”
