“Purchased two of these mugs to give to friends as part of a Christmas gift, when I opened the first mug I was delighted it made a really cute personalised gift ! The second however had a huge , unmissable chip in the bottom which made a large crack up the mug so didn’t end up giving it out as a gift and unfortunately was too late to order another in time.”
