“My young friend assures me that she was thrilled because the gift - and packaging - were eco-friendly. Delivery was efficient and in the time-scale indicated; she hadn't expected the gift and said that the whole experience felt 'Like a giant hug'. Because I am new to sending gifts this way I had got into a muddle about Sender and Delivery Addresses but Prezziebox responded very fast once I had realised this and had rectified my error within 20 mins of start-of-business the next working day. My thanks to everyone involved. I did, in fact, send similar gifts to a number of friends and family of that generation. They are all Key Workers or equivalent and I sense that this autumn brings them all challenges in stamina. The 'plus' of the soap is that, according to some scientists, solid soap of this kind may be more effective than liquid handwashes [which are detergents] in deterring the effects of Covid virus on the skin. The natural fragrances will certainly be welcome to some of them. It was wonderful to locate this quality of product and I feel that I will return for more...”
