“Thankyou for the two sets of cutlery. They look sturdy and the personalisation is very good. Service promptness of delivery and ease of ordering excellent. No wastage in the packaging better for the environment but still an attractive gift bag. I have yet to hear from my relatives about how they perform when used daily, washed frequently etc, but I anticipate good reports! I rate them 4 not 5 because they are not dishwasher friendly, other than that excellent Sheila Sievewright”
