“Unfortunately due to the gel being in a glass bottle we were unable to give this present as a gift as it arrived broken, twice. First delivery the lid had smashed off and the gel had leaked everywhere. Prezzybox offered to deliver again, and thinking this was a one off I thought why not. Second delivery the bottom of the glass bottle had completely smashed, and again has leaked everywhere. Whilst on both occasions the bottle had been bubble wrapped it was only around the middle, the ends hadn't so whilst bouncing around the box in transit it's easy to see why it got broken. Prezzybox did at least refund me in full.”
