“Pleased with the product but very unhappy with the service. I ordered it a few days before Mother's Day and paid extra for express delivery, then it arrived a day late. I was refunded my delivery charge but I feel I should have got more as I had no gift for my mum on mother's day.”

“I bought this gift as a mothers Day present and although I paid for next day delivery, I finally received it two days after mothers day (even though I stated where to leave the delivery, dpd failed to do this 3 times). I opened delivery and the entire box was in pieces as the glue hadn't kept any of the joints together. Got a full refund on box and next day delivery.”
