“This delivery was lost by Prezzybox's third-party delivery stewards at Hermes, whose engagement was trying & disappointing. When Prezzybox were contacted as I couldn't get a straight answer from Hermes, their staff cheerfully offered to replace the delayed delivery. Due to demand for this gift there were unfortunately none left; an apology was swiftly given & offer to refund for the value of the item, which I gratefully took. The refund cleared very swiftly.”
