“Ordered personal clock for my granddaughter which arrived a week later with no instructions, hands or mechanism for the clock. I contacted company with a photo of what had arrived and got a response quickly and to be fair to prezzybox they said that the extra parts would be sent in the post that day which was last Friday. A box arrived with missing parts today but very disappointed in quality of hands of the clock which are very flimsy and I’m already looking on the internet to replace them. As this was a birthday present for my 8year old granddaughter I’m not impressed, especially as her birthday was last weekend and I had to buy her another gift. Would not recommend this clock.”
