“Not satisfied with this order. Paid for item along with 2 other items. Other 2 arrived safely but waited for this one for over the estimated delivery date. Phoned prezzy box to be told it should of been delivered with one if the other items as same company. Didn't seem to be believed when I said u had received it. Was told it would be looked into. I then waited 2 days and rang again for update.. Was told the company was aware of enquirer but hadn't got back to prezzy box yet. Was told they would chase it up again. Not satisfied is aid I would ring the next day. When ringing the next day again I was told awaiting news from company and would chase them again. I then rang few hrs later only to be told the item was out of stock and not available in the near future. Not a happy customer.”
