“Your website is and it’s leading if I go in and I am trying to order something for next day delivery and underneath the product it says that it is available for the 3rd of November I expected to be delivered on the 3rd of November you need to figure out the functionality other thing said the 4th of November and there was no where did it say that you have to order before particular time on the product page it’s a disgrace and extortion I paid you serious money for next day delivery and it didn’t happen you need to refund me”

The information can also be found in the delivery section on our site. We can see that your order was placed after the cut off time of 15.30 for the delivery method chosen therefore was not dispatched on the same day.
