On the front, please enter 3 lines of 12 characters per line (words are in blue).All personalisation on the front will appear UPPERCASE.The words ' KEEPS', 'GOING UNTIL IT'S ACCEPTABLE TO DRINK' are fixed.On the reverse of the mug you can enter a message over 4 lines of 20 characters per line. This is case sensitive and will appear as entered.

“Mug is acceptable just plain ordinary cheap mug personalised message is Good. However email received with regard to delivery misleading sent at 4.17 p.m. on 3rd stating it would be delivered between 3rd and 5th which was a bit weird email also said I could track order however this was not the case when I had online chat. My cup arrived at about 5.15 p.m.on the 5th so was delivered on time.”
