“Bought for a friends birthday was pleased with it came straight from supplier .on ordering it did say flowers were now included which I did phone up about as the other vases said flowers were not included was told if that what it says they will be .unfortunally when the vase arrived there was no flowers which was disappointing as could have sorted flowers separate .i did email prezzybox to inform them as other customers would be disappointed.pleased to say they corrected this on web site and have said will return my postage .were quick to reply”
