“I tried to write the name with the apostrophe which didn’t work and the instructions said name only, and yet when it arrived it just had the name, no possessive noun, which kind of spoilt the present but it was too late to do anything about it.”

Hi Rebecca, Thanks for your feedback - Sorry to hear that you couldn't add the apostrophe into the personalisation for this product. We've checked and we do allow the use of that character for this product, so you should have been allowed to add it to your personalisation.
