“Actual print was amazing. Delivery and customer service was totally abysmal. Ordered on a Wednesday, estimated delivery was following Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery, I messaged company on Facebook who responded on the Tuesday saying there had been a delay to my order and I would ‘definitely’ receive it by the Thursday. Shock horror, Thursday came still no delivery. I messaged company again and this time got no response at all. My item was finally received on Saturday (missed the day of celebration is was bought for). Still waiting on an apology or some sort of compensation.”
