“I’d give this 0 out of 5 if I could. I placed my order for this on the 26th November, today is the 9th December and I still don’t even have a dispatch confirmation. Customer services assured me it would be here this week, but I am still in the dark. I paid the extra money for it to be engraved in silver, so I have paid £60 for nothing. The website states it will be dispatched in 1-2 working days, this is clearly false advertising!”
