“Was highly disappointed in this product. The product arrived with the handle smashed clean off in 4 separate pieces and having paid extra for this product to be personalised I was disappointed to see that, even though I had selected 4 Tottenham Hotspur players, the players numbers were incorrect. Having paid extra for the personalisation, to have them not even put in the extra minimal effort to ensure that the numbers on the shirt correctly matched the players name was highly disappointed.”

“No where on the description does it state what other numbers are going to be printed on the other shirts, so one would assume that it would print different numbers to that of which you have picked...wrong. I picked number 10 with my surname, and when the mug arrived it had two number 10’s next to each other. Stupid.”
