“The mug is OK (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) but the delivery was HORRENDOUS. They couldn’t provide me with a tracking number and estimated delivery date was 4th-8th of April. I finally received it today (16th of April) not at all happy with the lack of communication or tracking information. I will not be using this company again and I would suggest people find an alternative if they need something delivered promptly within a timely manner. Very disappointed!”

“The mug is as described and illustrated but the delivery time was not as described in the advert I had to get in touch with prezzybox to chase it up and it eventually arrived after ten days.”
