“Order was delivered promptly but delivered broken due to arriving in a jiffy bag rather than a box. Was told a replacement would be sent out but still awaiting it. I needed this for today so slightly disappointed. As I ordered two mugs and they came in the same bag, the one that was undamaged is perfect. I just think the poor packaging was the first issue and the delay in receiving the replacement the next.”
