I'm yet to receive my gift. Needed it for Friday 4/10/19 evening and nothing . My confirmation email States delivery for Friday 4/10/19. Yet you ask me how is the plant pot. It's now a day late and you don' have a customer service department that is opened on a weekend. To leave a message and order number is not good enough. And for that reason I will give it a 0* rating

I understand that life is busy, and circumstances can cause delays. However, my gift to a friend never arrived after a month of chasing. Very disappointed in this whole incident. I did receive a full refund, but the fact that my friend never received her gift was very embarrassing to say the least.
