“Very unhappy with delivery time as I specifically paid for 24hr delivery and my items arrived in 3 days late for the event I needed them for plus when I queried via email that was also delayed by a whole day and not answering my question about delivery time. Not a reliable service at all and is a great shame.”

“Firstly, the packaging is absolutely shocking. There’s no way that you could hand over the gift without opening it first because the gift message is inside the box that is meant to be on the outside! Secondly once you open the box it’s near impossible to close again the way it arrived. So once you open it that’s it basically! Unfortunately I opened it before I gave it to my son for his 12th birthday to have a sneak peak, and to also get out the gift message to stick on the front of the box, but I was unable to close it again. So I now have a large cookie wrapped with thin and cheap looking parchment paper. I’ve yet to see it! Also the box has a large label either side of the box. One with the ingredients and the other side is a huge 2nd class postage stamp/ barcode with my address. I just hope the cookie looks better than the box and tastes nice.”
