“I have never used prezzy box before but the sox were a gift for a special little boy who loves dinosaurs. When they arrived the box was damaged! I contacted prezzy box and the Customer service was FABULOUS...couldn’t have asked for more...the damage was evidently caused in the postal system but Prezzybox rectified the issue 100% and I am very pleased and would definitely order from them again ... THANKYOU”
