“Very disappointed, ordered a pair of socks on the 8th Dec as a special Christmas gift and it's now Christmas eve and my order has not arrived. Very upset as it was quite expensive for a pair of socks. Will not use this company again and would definitely not recommend. I now have to source another present at last minute at extra expense”

“The items themselves are very good quality and arrived on time however I ordered a pair of men's size 9-11 and women's size 4-6 so expected to see a difference in the size. They were identical. I rang up and they were apologetic and are attempting to resolve this for me. So good customer service.”
