“Although the poster arrived in good time there was a problem with the personalisation. When I wrote the order there was no way to check that the details were correct . The name was only partly printer, I tried to return it but your co wouldn’t refund as it was my error, I will not be ordering from you again unfortunately”

“I wish I could give you 5 stars BUT When I was creating my picture I was unsure if I had written 1995 or 2005 as myself or anyone are unable to see it clearly as it is so small I immediately e mailed to explain my concern. You claimed you didnt get it and although I even took a screenshot before I sent it you did not rectify it! £24.99 for a frame and lazer printed paper. Why cant you do the decent thing and reprint the present?. I have offered to pay for it. I certainly cant recommend this company due to their lack of customer service!”
