“I was quite disappointed when I opened the parcel to be honest. The engraving on the glass was quite dull. It was in a brown box in bubble wrap but I did expect the packaging to be nicer - or at least in another box inside of the postal box. I purchased a gift box and some tissue paper and popped it in that - it was a secret Santa gift.”
