Not happy, still hasn’t arrived and it’s been 3 weeks. They have plenty of restrictions of the photos which aren’t specified at checkout etc.

Order process handled very efficiently and everything worked. Kit arrived promptly. Bought as a gift which we are sure will be well received but unable to comment on the finished painting as it is not yet completed.

Have had no communication from them, dispite me emailing them to ask for updates. Advertisement said it would be delivered in time for Christmas, yet I havnt even had a email to say it has been dispatched yet. Very disappointing, as it was a Christmas present and a lot of money to waste! I would like a refund.

The card frame was broken. I have informed prezzybook about this, but they couldnt find my order yet, even I am texting from the same email I have placed the order! Cant wait to see how they will resolve this problem.
