“The cushion was absolutely horrible. The description when I ordered was very misleading. The description showed a large dogs head on smaller dog head cushion. I would like a full refund please. I did ring up at the time to complain but haven't heard a thing back. Very disheartened with prezzibox”

“Terrible quality. Came with a split in seam. Doesn't look anything like the dog. Much smaller than what's being advertised. Still waiting to hear back about a refund four days after making my complaint.”
