“Disappointed with the cookie and the overall order experience. I asked for a green headscarf for the female cartoon character but it looked like green hair (view attached photo). Clearly the Baker/decorator has no knowledge of how to create a character with a headscarf. No understanding of diversity. In addition, no email was sent to tell me my order was dispatched and on it’s way, I had to contact myself. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.”
