“I ordered on 03/12/19 and it said I would receive my order between 11th-13th december. It is now the 17th december and I have still not received my personalised cushion. I have contacted and complained to Prezzybox and they could not give me a date of when it will arrive. This has been a very poor service from them as I urgently need this item before christmas and the person I spoke to could not even see why I was frustrated, he said "You'll still be receiving your item? It's Christmas time there's always delays and with personalised items comes that extra demand." I thought this was a poor response especially as when I purchased this cushion, it never mentioned that it could be more than a week late due to christmas. As well as this, he also ignored my further messages after I complained.”

“I haven’t received said item yet. Online it stated 4/5 days delivery but once order placed it changed to 7/10 days so not happy just hoping it comes in time”

“Hi I am very disapointed with the quality of the picture the colourings are nothing like the pic file that was sent ie the flesh colour is deep red not skin colour at all. I hope this is a slip up in your quality control and you are able to help rectify. Regards Mr S Charlton”
