“When this gift arrived late with my friend for her birthday, lit was a big melted mess, I complained and it was replaced and because it was also late I had refunded £2 for delivery! Not good service for delivery not good condition, would have been nice for a little something extra to have been sent to make up for it . I wish I had now cancelled and sent something else”
