“Still have not received. Ordered on the 7th of December and delivery was estimated for the 10th. Still has not even been dispatched. I have tried to contact the company but can not get any response. AVOID!”

“The key rings were beautifully presented. I purchased one as one of those little add on gifts for my daughters 15th birthday, a picture of her and her little brother for her house keys. I can honestly say that her reaction was priceless - she cried!!! She thought it was beautiful and she adores the picture that I chose which is of very clear quality. I’m glad I added a second one on for myself otherwise would may have been tempted to keep it. Completely satisfied with my purchases and will be ordering in the near future as little stocking fillers. I did have communication from the seller via prezzybox. Not the sellers fault, the picture I had chosen wouldn’t fit the key ring. All communication was extremely professional and prompt between the seller, prezzybox and myself which meant that the problem was dealt with swiftly and the gift was delivered in time for me to wrap and gift”

“When I got it the photo fell out as it was cheaply and poorly glued on. It was a gift for someone and it held huge sentiment. I don't expect to pay the amount I did to have it just fall out like that”

“Was delivered 3 days later than royal mail had claimed unfortunately was too late for mother’s day although ordered in plenty of time, when it did arrive the picture wasn’t stuck due to poor adhesive so had to glue it myself, all said and done the staff are very friendly and gave me a delivery refund.”
