“My order arrived last week and 3 items were not personalised. Despite 4 emails, 2 of which included photographic evidence, and 4 unanswered phone calls, I finally returned the items yesterday recorded delivery, which cost me £11:00. I understand that orders can go wrong, but the total lack of communication let to frustration and upset - these items are not cheap for what they are, and I am very diesaopointed.”

“It made an ordinary bar of chocolate special. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I could alter the picture so my daughter in law has a football on the front as well as her name - instead of a balloon. My error. A great prezzy.”
