“I ordered this item on a Tuesday evening and an email advised me it would arrive between Thursday and the following Monday and that I could track it's progress. 3 days later I received a confirmation email advising it had been dispatched and there was no tracking number. By Monday afternoon it still had not arrived so I decided to call the offices - I got through to a recorded message saying the offices were closed. The item arrived on Tuesday (1 week after ordering) via my postman. All in all the service has been poor and I would not buy from here again. Instead I probably could have got a similar item from Amazon prime which would have arrived on time!”

Hi Anita Thanks so much for your feedback, we are happy to hear you have now received your item. Unfortunately all personalised items are not tracked, unless they are on an upgraded delivery, even then it is only some, it just depends on that particular supplier they are coming from. I'm really sorry you felt there was a lack of communication, unfortunately we was out of office from Friday 19th through to Monday 22nd due to the Bank holiday weekend, this will be the reason why your item was delayed as no postal services were running on Friday or Monday.
