“I had no confirmation of delivery, the receipt didn’t know who the present was from and it took a week for the company to confirm to her that it was from me. I wrote a poor review and even Prezzybox didn’t know that the item had been delivered, very disappointing and wouldn’t use again.”

“Bought for my partner as a birthday present from our daughter. This exceeded my expectations and went down very well with my partner! Arrived in perfect condition and a few days before it’s estimated delivery which meant it arrived in time for his actual birthday. Will definitely order again!”
