“Product came late compared to when it said it would be delivered by. General quality of the mousemat is okay but unusable due to the surface being very bumpy meaning a mouse can't move across it easily enough. The personalisation was a bit weird as well, the image shows faces being placed diagonal and placed sporadically throughout the mouse mat yet mine was just rectangles of the image facing front wards and placed on top of each other, i.e. not in any way other than literally boxes being laid over each other. Overall disappointed in the product”

“Only a small portion of the photograph I sent was recreated on the mouse mat. This should have been made clear when I placed the order. I am very disappointed with the mat!”
