“Ordered two weeks ago, apparently dispatched within two days, still hasn’t arrived. Ordered another item at the same time which arrived within a few days. Prezzybox unable to offer any help, so now someone doesn’t have a Christmas gift.”

“The faces were all smudged on the tea towel I ordered but I rang to complain and they dealt with it straight away and very helpful . I am now waiting for a replacement hope it comes in time”
