“The socks were for a gift. They were received with thanks but the delivery process was absolutely terrible. The address on the order was not what was put on the delivery label. It was supposed to go to St.Leonards on Sea, but the address label said Southend on Sea and had the wrong name on (it had mine rather than who the gift was for). DPD did not put a card through the door and just left it at a nearby DPD Shop. The first I heard about it was when I received an email from PrezzyBox saying that it needed to be collected. The tracking did not say which shop it had been left at and so we had to guess at which of the nearby shops it had been left. With no delivery card and the wrong name on the box, it was difficult for my Aunt to collect her gift. I had to send her a screenshot of the order and the tracking number. She got the present in the end but I am sorry but I won't be using PrezzyBox again.”
