“I've bought 3 of these hearts so far, and sent them to my friends addresses because we all live so far away. Times are extremely hard for us at the moment with being made redundant from our dream jobs, we're all cabin crew and every now and then have a little meltdown. These hearts have put a smile back on my friends faces to keep their spirits up. Thankyou so much x”

“customer service is very good after my delivery to our grand daughters 21st was 10 days late and was also broken this was the fault of royal mail who did not deliver on a 24hr post , spoke to Shelly and was very helpful and received my refund in full very promptly”
