“OMG I genuinely couldn’t fault this product, everything was correct it came on its due date, there was nothing wrong or faulty with the item! It was perfect! A lot of thought and consideration was taken into the packaging and it was amazing to know that my order had amazing packaging and it was going to be safe!!”

“Had problems with the 1st delivery - the 2 coasters were very different heights. 1 was damaged on 1 edge and one of the names was started with a small letter instead of a capital. Seller arranged replacement very quickly and without any hesitancy. 2nd set were better but still the small letter instead of capital. Part refund was offered which we accepted and kept the items.”

“Lovely well made coasters , as expected. I gave 4 stars as the two slates sit at different heights. I realise that is because it is slate and perhaps cannot be helped. We do like them .”
