“Soo... unfortunately, the bottles arrived broken so we didnt manage to enjoy it properly BUT from what I could see, it was certainly presented nicely, and would make a lovely gift. Also, the customer support by Prezzybox were excellent in resolving everything. Will definitely try again!”

“My parcel never arrived despite it being re-ordered for me so on two separate occasions this parcel did not arrive. Prezzybox were quick to respond to my issues but this was still a very disappointing experience due to this item being intended as a mother's day present.”
